Here is another recipe for traditional Irish Soda bread. This bread uses no yeast, so it is ideal for anyone who is intolerant to yeast. The texture is coarse and grainy due to the porridge oats in the dough, but it make wonderful toast and is perfect for eating with hearty soups on a chilly spring (or winter) day.
